RO Desalination
Our technology, the Axial Energy Exchanger, relates to a method of extracting the “waste” or concentrate” energy coming out of the reverse osmosis membranes to pressurize treated brackish/seawater using the principals of peristaltic compression, very efficiently.
Having received a favourable written opinion from the International Searching Authority from the WIPO, the technology being considered as Novel, Inventive and having Industrial Applicability.
There is zero mixing and leakage issues experienced in other designs.
Designed and built to ANSI B 31.3 and ASME Codes, the advantages of our design are:
- Tested at over 99% efficiency in energy transfer
- No precision machined Cylinders

- No mixing of LP Feed and Concentrate
- No Leakage HP Concentrate and LP Concentrate
- No reciprocating action on main exchanger
